NG has a chat*. IIRC, it is not supporter-exclusive but you need to have been supporter at some point in the past in order to unlock it.
Other than that, the respective forums are the way to go if you have specific questions or concerns.

I've used the chat before and it's so dead :/ I've heard so much about it's glory days, now it seems like only two people use it and they know each other so it's hard to join in. Maybe I'll give it another try today. love the forums though, I'm usually way too shy to talk there but I'll use em more.
